East Granby, CT – We are pleased to announce Fiduciary Benchmarks (FBi) has joined the Retirement Advisor Council as an Associate Member.

Fiduciary Benchmarks is one of the five Associate member firms on the Council. The company will be represented by Craig Rosenthal, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Service. Mr. Rosenthal has been a regular speaker at industry conferences for the last decade, and has driven FBi’s growth in the Broker Dealer and Professional Retirement Plan Advisor segment.

“We are honored and excited to be joining a group of retirement plan advisors and service providers who are getting out in front of the critical issues facing our industry. We share the Council’s mission to highlight the professional retirement plan advisor’s role in driving successful plan and participant outcomes and look forward to participating and collaborating with the other members,” states Rosenthal.

Fiduciary Benchmarks (FBi) was founded in October 2007, with the goal of providing the industry with an independent, comprehensive and informative benchmarking service that would help service providers and the plan sponsors they serve fulfill their duties under ERISA. They do this while making sure that service providers, plan sponsors and participants all benefit from a determination of fee reasonableness. FBI recently leveraged their DC benchmarking methodology to bring a solution set to the IRA space to address the DOL’s Fiduciary Rule as well as FINRA 13-45.

The Retirement Advisor Council is a national organization that advocates for successful qualified plan and participant retirement outcomes through the collaborative efforts of experienced, qualified retirement plan advisors, investment managers and defined contribution plan service providers. The Council accomplishes this mission by:

  • Providing collective thought capital to decision makers, product providers, legislators and the public
  • Giving voice to the retirement plan advisor community
